Very bad germination

I waited for more than a month to allow seeds to germinate. Very dissapointed, only a few peppers germinated. None of the 10 Zanthoxylum seeds germinated.
I respected the condition before sowing them.

Rusticité: -15°C/-20°C

Semis: Stratifier à 4°C pendant 4 mois et Semer au printemps.
